Instructor: Leigh Pitifer Silver Sneakers II Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. You will gain upper body strength, work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball, which is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Silver Sneakers I
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. A great way to meet new people and feel great!

Join us once a month for lunch out at various Geneva eateries. Enjoy your morning workout, then join your Y friends for a chat and lunch! Sign up at the front desk or contact your instructor for more information. Lunch is typically scheduled on a Wednesday afternoon mid-month.
