Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 9:00pm • Friday, 5:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday, 7:00am - 4:00pm • Sunday, 9:00am - 4:00pm

Safety is important and lacrosse can be a physical game. The equipment listed below is required for participation. The YMCA does have some equipment available to borrow if you are unable to furnish your own. Please contact the appropriate coach if any equipment is needed.

Boys Equipment

Mouthguard

Helmet

Gloves

Arm pads

Shoulder pads (you should get the ones that come low and protect the chest and back. In 2022 chest protectors will need to meet NOCSAE standards)

Cleats (if possible)
